Account Registration

To participate in auctions, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to register
Maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information
Security of your password is your sole responsibility
One account per user policy strictly enforced

Auction Rules

All bids placed on Cricket Auction are binding and final. Users must have sufficient funds or credit before participating in any live auction event.

Bids cannot be retracted once placed
Winning bidders are legally obligated to complete transactions
Anti-sniping and bid-increment rules apply per event
Platform decision on dispute resolution is final

Payments & Fees

We use secure third-party payment processors. By participating, you agree to our fee structure, including any buyer premiums or platform commissions.

Transaction fees are non-refundable
Payments must be settled within 24 hours of auction close
Currency conversion rates are determined at payment time
Taxes are calculated based on your jurisdiction

Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including logos, designs, and auction data, is the exclusive property of Cricket Auction or its licensors.

No unauthorized scraping or data mining
Trademarks and copyrights are strictly protected
User-generated content grants us a usage license
Proprietary auction algorithms are trade secrets

Liability & Indemnity

Cricket Auction provides a marketplace 'as is' and is not responsible for technical failures or user-to-user disputes beyond our mediation services.

No guarantee of uninterrupted platform availability
Limitation of damages to the extent permitted by law
User agrees to indemnify platform against third-party claims
Force Majeure clauses for unforeseen events

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
