Users can cancel their platform subscription or auction registration at any time through their account settings. Cancellation of a live auction registration must occur at least 2 hours before the event starts.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle

Auction registration cancellations are subject to a processing fee

Late cancellations may result in a loss of deposit

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally issued for technical errors resulting in double billing or unsuccessful platform service delivery. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Partial refunds for platform outages during critical events

Bidding fees are non-refundable once an auction starts

Our finance team reviews all claims within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your request.

Finality of Decisions

All final decisions regarding refund approval and cancellation fees are made by Cricket Auction's internal audit team. In most cases, these decisions are final and binding.
